No. The app is fully functional without an API key — uploaded documents are simply stored and you answer manually. The AI lens is an optional accelerator that auto-fills evidenced answers and flags risks; you add your own key, billed by Anthropic directly.
On Desk and Enterprise, yes. Edit any question's text, importance weight and due-by gate, disable items, add your own questions and workstreams, and apply deal-type profiles. Enterprise adds a shared house taxonomy across seats.
Per named user. Analyst is a single seat; Desk covers up to five; Enterprise is unlimited with SSO. Because storage is local, seats are about licensing and support, not a shared database.
